KOVA Living Return & Refund Policy
At KOVA Living, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging, when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions from KOVA Living. Because our products may be shipped by different fulfillment partners, the correct return address can vary by product.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
When a return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to return the item.
For products covered by our standard partner return policy, an approved return shipping label will be provided at no charge and no restocking fee will apply.
For products fulfilled under a different partner policy, any applicable return-shipping costs will be disclosed before you send the item back.
If the return is required because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, KOVA Living or the applicable fulfillment partner will be responsible for the approved return or replacement costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what you ordered.

- Clear photographs or video showing the issue, when possible
- Photographs of the packaging, when relevant
After reviewing the claim, we may arrange a replacement, refund, return, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not qualify for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Certain personal-care, hygiene, or safety-related products
- Items specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase

Contact us before purchasing when you have questions about whether a particular product can be returned.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different item, size, color, or variation is to return the original item when eligible and place a separate order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after the order is placed.

A cancellation request is not a guarantee that the order can be stopped. Orders may be transmitted to fulfillment partners shortly after purchase. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and reviewed by the applicable fulfillment location.
When the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been issued. Processing times vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise improperly fulfilled order.
