The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KOVA Living. KOVA Living operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience collectively referred to as the “Services.”

KOVA Living is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and KOVA Living confirms the order.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after the order is placed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled or modified. Orders may be transmitted to fulfillment partners shortly after purchase. Once an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or shipping information provided with the order.

You represent that purchases made through our store are for lawful personal or household use unless KOVA Living agrees otherwise in writing.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted and will appear in the order confirmation.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that charges made using that payment method will be honored.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping and fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, fulfillment location, carrier performance, weather, holidays, high order volume, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Products purchased within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. When products are fulfilled by different suppliers or locations, applicable shipping charges may be combined or displayed separately by shipment.

Tracking information may be provided after an order ships. Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display movement after a tracking number is issued.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

KOVA Living is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

KOVA Living is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with KOVA Living.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and KOVA Living, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with KOVA Living, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
